VESTRY LEADERSHIP
The Episcopal Church is governed in a democratic way and the structures for governance in the Episcopal Church are an important part of who we are. The Vestry is a group of lay people elected by the parish to work with the rector to oversee the temporal health of the congregation. The Vestry works with the clergy to lead the congregation in the ministry of the Church. The term of each member is 3 years. New members of the Vestry are elected at the annual meeting of the parish, held in January of each year.
The All Saints' Vestry is composed of 12 dedicated lay people who give generously of their time and talent. The Vestry includes people with a variety of skills and backgrounds, ages, and length of time as parishioners. Some are lifelong Episcopalians. Some are fairly new to the Episcopal Church.
The Vestry meets on the third Tuesday of each month. Everyone is welcome to attend the Vestry meetings.
