Lois J. Kaarre, Director of Music
Lois Kaarre earned her Bachelor's degree in piano, church music, and religion from Concordia College in Ann Arbor and a Master's in piano performance from Eastern Michigan University. Prior to spending two years in doctoral work at the Eastman School of Music she was a principal accompanist for faculty and student performance at EMU. Prior to taking the position of organist and Director of Music at All Saints' in 2003, Lois served in similar positions at St. Luke's Lutheran Church (Ann Arbor),  University Lutheran Chapel (Ann Arbor), and Concord Lutheran Church (Rochester, NY). In addition to her work at All Saints', Lois teaches piano at Oakland University, maintains in active performance schedule as a collaborative pianist, plays frequent recitals as accompanist in such venues as the University of Michigan, Blue Lake Fine Arts Camps, Michigan Opera Theatre, Ohio Light Opera, and Carnegie Hall. To combat idleness, she also teaches a full complement of private students and enjoys a bit of travel as time permits. Lois can be reached via email at lkaarre@comcast.net.

Paul Castelli, Youth Minister

Picture
Paul was born and raised in metro Detroit and attended college at Ferris State University from 2005-2009, where he graduated with degrees in Music Industry Management, Marketing, and Theatre Arts. Since graduation, Paul has been involved with youth work, teaching at the University of Detroit Jesuit High School and Academy as a member of the alumni volunteer program. He has also worked as a youth development professional for the South Oakland Boys and Girls Club and as the warehouse manager for The Bottomless Toy Chest, a non-profit organization that delivers toys and crafts to children with cancer in metro Detroit hospitals.  Paul is also known as Brother Paul Ciaran, a novice in the Anamchara Fellowship, a new expression of monasticism in the Episcopal Church.

Paul can be reached at paulhcastelli@allsaintspontiac.org.

Juana Roques, Housekeeper

Picture
Juana was born in Mexico but has lived in Pontiac for most of her life. Her last position before joining our staff was as a maintenance employment at the Chrysler headquarters. Juana has two children who are the light of her life, and we value her as a hard-working, cheerful member of our staff.

Norma Warner, Parish Administrator
Norma is the person who seems to know everything that goes on at All Saints. Originally from Providence, RI, she moved to Michigan in 1979, working at first in a large law firm in Southfield, and she stayed in this field until 1995, moving among different law firms and spending some time as administrative assistant to Charles Levin, then a Michigan Supreme Court Justice.  She has also worked as a job coach for a non-profit agency and then as its program director. Now Norma helps keep our busy parish office calm and well-organized. Norma is married to Gary Warner and is a mother of three and grandmother of eight.

Norma can be reached at normawarner@allsaintspontiac.org

Rosie Glispie, Housekeeper

Picture
Rosie was born in Hollendale, Mississippi and is the mother of five children. Rosie moved back to Mississippi after her husband died in 1994 to take care of her sister who had just undergone heart surgery. However, in order to provide a better life with more opportunities for employment, she decided to join her brother in Michigan and came to Pontiac in 1999.  She has worked at the Rising Star Day Care and also was a cook at Bound Together before taking the position at All Saints.' You can always count on Rosie to greet you with a smile and an uplifting, positive attitude. We are lucky to have her with us.
